The children’s health complex “Young Communicator”, which is located in the coastal part of Odessa, has been put up for auction. It is planned to lease the current owner – JSC “Ukrtelecom” .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The auction is scheduled for March 4, 2022. The rental price is 176 thousand UAH per month. The area of \u200b\u200bthe complex is 2 hectares. Building area – 3 370 square meters. m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the territory of the health resort there is an administrative building, two dormitories, a dining room, several staff houses, a shower, a toilet, a vegetable storehouse, an electrical panel, a kiosk and a checkpoint. At the same time, the complex can accommodate up to 200 children. It is currently down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that since 2017, “Young Communicator” has tried to rent several times, but the auction for various reasons did not take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It will be recalled that the Odessa Champagne Wine property complex, located in the coastal part of Odessa, was sold to a construction company for UAH 195 million at an auction held by the State Property Fund on February 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
