Sprinkling seeds or fruit on top can give extra texture and flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replace chips with hummus with vegetables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hummus is a Middle Eastern sauce made from chickpea puree and olive oil. It contains both fiber and about 7.9 g of vegetable protein per serving. Vegetables can provide the desired crunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replace cookies and chips with unsalted popcorn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Popcorn can be a great alternative, but be sure to choose the unsalted version.
