This is stated in the Official Statement of the European Union, Ukraine , Ukraingate , 28 , February , 2022 | Ukraine News<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU sanctions against Russia include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All flights to EU countries are prohibited for Russian aircraft &#8211; public, private, owned by Russian airlines, which are simply registered in Russia, or not registered, but controlled by the Russians. Only emergency landings are allowed.<\/li><li>Prohibition of any transactions with the Central Bank of Russia.
