Vaccination is the only way to protect yourself from the serious consequences of illness and death, according to the Ministry of Health .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many countries still have some restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to get vaccinated against COVID-19 in different countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available vaccines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson &amp; Johnson (single dose);<br>Moderna (two doses with an interval of 28 days);<br>Oxford \/ AstraZeneca (two doses with an interval of 28 days);<br>Pfizer \/ BioNTech (two doses at 21-day intervals).<br>The full course of vaccination in Poland is considered valid 14 days after the last dose of the vaccine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Necessary documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">identity document. For example, passport, temporary alien&#8217;s identity card (TZTC).<br>Registration procedure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact the nearest clinic, write an application and register. The registry will provide you with contact information of the therapist, information about medical services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The doctor issues a referral for vaccination through the application salon.gov.pl. In the &#8220;Dane pacjenta&#8221; field, select &#8220;Inny identifyfikator&#8221; (instead of &#8220;PESEL number&#8221;) and enter the document number used by the foreigner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having an e-referral, you can register for vaccination in one of two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">on the hotline 989;<br>directly at the vaccination point convenient for you.<br>When registering, do not forget to indicate the document number indicated on the e-mail!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Romania<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available vaccines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson &amp;
