Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had shaken the “foundation of the international order” and demanded a clear response, he said on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

India and Japan are parties to the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (Quad), a security system that also includes the United States and Australia, but India is the only member of the Quadrial Security Dialogue (Quad) that has not condemned the invasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
