The head of state stated this in an address to the Japanese parliament .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We need to develop new security guarantees so that we can act preventively every time there is a threat to peace. Can this be done on the basis of existing structures? After such a war &#8211; definitely not. We need to create new tools, new guarantees that will work preventively. and strongly against any aggression, &#8220;Zelensky said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The head of state stressed that Japan&#8217;s leadership could become indispensable in their development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier, Zelensky said that there are NATO member states that are ready to be guarantors of Ukraine&#8217;s security.
