Twenty-two people were injured,&#8221; the State Emergency Service of Ukraine posted on Facebook.<br>Eighteen people, rescued from under the rubble, were handed over to ambulance crews.<br>Search and rescue operations are underway.<br>As reported, at about 08:45 on March 29 in Mykolayiv, a Russian missile hit a nine-storey premises housing of the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration and the Mykolayiv Regional Council.
