The exceptions are Japan (89%), Sweden (83%) and Malaysia (49%). In particular, in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Hungary and India, the prevailing view is that “Ukraine’s problems are not our business and we must not intervene.” It is also shared by half of those polled in Mexico, Israel and Argentina.
