According to this law, the Cabinet of Ministers had to compile lists of property of individuals and legal entities to which this property belongs and submit it to the National Security and Defense Council for approval. After the National Security and Defense Council makes a decision, the President approves it by decree, and then the process of confiscation of property begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, so far, I will tell you honestly, I have not seen any list or any approved decision. Maybe it was some kind of secret, but in my eyes it did not come across. I made a request to the deputies and as soon as I have the information, I will share it, \u201dKlymenko said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the same time, in her opinion, this mechanism should already be launched, because Ukraine is at war, and Russian business and collaborators are still working for the aggressor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “There is a mechanism, but no one is implementing it. And this is a big question, including political, why it is not done. Because now is the time to do it. In 2021, he was declared internationally wanted and remanded in custody in absentia. Currently, Tarpan is the main suspect<\/a> in the case of embezzlement of state funds during the construction of the environmental project “Deepwater Release”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has currently started preparing<\/a> parliamentary appeals on the state of investigation of the Tarpan case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Moreover, experts and deputies believe that he should be included in the list of collaborators, because “he has long been working for Russia’s interests.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
