I heard from other sources that the conditions were more or less satisfactory,&#8221; Kateryna Prokopenko told The Guardian on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;They are being fed and watered. The conditions are met and they have not been abused in a short period of time.
