Ukraine Gate- Kyiv \u2013 May 28, 2022 \u2013 The Washington Post reported that US President Joe Biden once again strongly condemned the Russian Federation’s war against Ukraine.
Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to “wipe the culture and identity of Ukrainians off the face of the earth” by attacking schools, kindergartens, hospitals and museums.
\u201cThe sole objective of Russia\u2019s attacks is to destroy culture, and this is a direct attack on the basic principles of the international order based on the rule of law,\u201d he said in his address to the US Naval Academy alumni on Thursday.
Biden also praised the strength of global cooperation in the face of Russian aggression, adding that Putin put all of Europe in NATO by pushing Sweden and Finland to join the defense alliance.
