Russia is once again in control of most of the city, but its troops have made little progress in trying to surround a large area from the north and south,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">British intelligence also points out that Russia is trying hard to provide basic public services to the population in the occupied territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Access to safe drinking water is intermittent, while serious interruptions in telephone and Internet services continue. There is probably an acute shortage of medicines in Kherson, and there is a risk of a large cholera outbreak in Mariupol.
