Ukraine Gate &#8211; December 25, 2020 \u2013 Economy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine has achieved through the Court of Appeals the return of a number of real estate objects, which were previously seized by a decision of the Pechersk court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are talking about 16 real estate objects that were previously arrested due to the relevant decision of the court of first instance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The arrest petition was first initiated by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine as part of an investigation by the National Police into the misappropriation of property.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The arrest was made on November 3. Now all objects have returned under the wing of the Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The trade union building, the October Palace, hotels and sanatoriums are operating normally, &#8221; the press service said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The government has prepared and sent for approval to the FPU (Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine) a document on the procedure for payment of sole proprietorships (individual entrepreneurs) and employees of one-time cash benefits in connection with quarantine restrictions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The government document was published on the portal of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine on Monday, December 7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kiev.
