Despite Ukraine&#8217;s commitment not to strike Russian territory with weapons received from partner countries, the propaganda media of the Russian Federation reported: &#8220;Ukrainian command has transferred a HIMARS installation to Sumy.&nbsp;Given the proximity of the city to the Kursk region, we should expect shelling of military and civilian infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation.&#8221;&nbsp;<strong>This is manipulation!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Collaborators from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Kharkiv regions &#8220;signed a cooperation agreement obliging them to defend [occupied] territories from external aggression.&#8221;&nbsp;<strong>This is manipulation!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
