July . 2022 | Society .&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By his decree, Zelensky approved the provisions on holding a competition for the selection of candidates for the appointment by the president to the position of a member of the Supreme Council of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also decided to form a competitive commission for the selection of candidates for the VRP and to approve its personnel.&nbsp;He instructed the competition committee to ensure the conduct of the competition for the selection of candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The composition of the competition commission included:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Serhiy Hrynchak &#8211; associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law No. 1 of Yaroslav the Wise National University of Law;<\/li><li>Taras Didych &#8211; professor of the Department of Theory and History of Law and the State of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University;<\/li><li>Boris Kofman &#8211; Professor of the Department of Law, Political Science and International Relations at the Alfred Nobel University;<\/li><li>Serhii Ocheretnyi &#8211; retired judge of the Court of Appeal of the Kharkiv region;<\/li><li>Zakhar Tropin is an associate professor of the Department of International Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Source<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong>Ukrgate<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, formed a competitive commission for the selection of candidates for the High Council of Justice and ordered to hold a competition, KYIV.&nbsp;UkraineGate. 24.
