He is also a business partner of the well-known Chemezov family in the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In particular, Serhii Chemezov is the general director of the Rostec corporation and one of Putin’s closest confidants. Relations between Chemezov and Manturov are very old. They met at the time when the current deputy prime minister married his wife Natalya, whose father Yevhen Kysel was a former representative of Aeroflot in India and a close friend of the chairman of Rostech Serhii Chemezov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After marrying Kisil’s daughter, Manturov’s affairs immediately went up.
