\u00a0Since the beginning of the war, in the last week of February, 6 billion hryvnias have been transferred to the account of the Armed Forces.\u00a0In March, Ukrainians donated a record sum of 8.1 billion hryvnias to the army.\u00a0And these are only donations through the National Bank of Ukraine, according to\u00a0statistics\u00a0from the Opendatabot platform .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crazy support of the army by citizens is quite understandable. People helped as much as they could: they gave money and things, independently found and bought ammunition, clothes, cars and everything that the defenders needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, the amount of income to the accounts of the Armed Forces has been gradually decreasing every month. In June, Ukrainians transferred half a billion hryvnias for the army, in July – 1.9 billion. And there are objective reasons for this: more charitable funds and volunteer movements appeared, and the war reduced the level of citizens’ incomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, brands have found creative ways to get their audience to help. The first actions and initiatives have appeared, which support Ukraine not only directly with monetary contributions, but also by purchasing goods or ordering services. Here are five original projects aimed at helping the country. Join in!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winning socks from Dodo Socks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In six months, Dodo Socks clothing manufacturers collected and donated more than 7 million hryvnias to the “Return Alive” fund and the “Hospitaliers” volunteer medical battalion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special\u00a0section\u00a0has been added to the company’s website , where you can buy socks, puzzles and stickers with patriotic inscriptions.\u00a0All funds go to help Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love will win with OBERIG jewelry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian jewelry brand\u00a0OBERIG jewelry\u00a0gives rings free of charge to soldiers who decided to get married during the war.\u00a0He also launched the production of a pendant, the entire profit from the sale of which he transfers to help the Armed Forces.\u00a0Ukrainian traditional ornaments and symbols can be seen on the brand’s jewelry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reanimobili for vitamin “Olidetrim”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vitamin D brand ”\u00a0Olidetrim\u00a0” donates 50% of the sale of the drug to the purchase of ambulances within the framework of the “Support yourself \u2014 support Ukraine” initiative.\u00a0The money is collected until the end of September, so hurry to restore the balance of the all-important vitamin and automatically join the aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donate “Mentors in the rear”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform ”\u00a0Mentors in the rear\u00a0” appeared with the beginning of the war.\u00a0The project brought together experienced specialists, founders and managers of well-known companies (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Diya, Vimeo, AJAX, etc.) \u2014 more than 250 experts provide professional advice, and part of the funds received are transferred to the Armed Forces support funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good coffee from “OKKO”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The network of gas stations “OKKO” together with customers\u00a0warms\u00a0defenders in hot spots of Ukraine with coffee and hot dogs.\u00a0The military has already received 365,000 cups of coffee and 217,000 hot dogs worth over UAH 24 million.\u00a0More than UAH 5 million was collected with Fishka points, the rest was paid by the gas station network “OKKO”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
