The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Lavrov stated: &#8220;Washington is not interested in establishing peace in Ukraine.&nbsp;This became clear when Moscow and Kyiv came to an agreement, which frightened the Americans and the British, and they forbade Ukraine to conduct a dialogue with the Russian Federation.&nbsp;Since then, Ukraine has been avoiding negotiations.&#8221;&nbsp;<strong>This is misinformation!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. The State Duma of the Russian Federation appealed to the UN General Assembly, the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the European Parliament and national parliaments regarding the threat to peace in Europe emanating from Ukraine: &#8220;the Kyiv regime, which pushes the USA and NATO, is escalating military operations, bringing the situation to the brink of a large-scale bloody confrontation.&#8221; .&nbsp;<strong>This is misinformation!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
