September . 2022 | Society.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the end of the war in Ukraine, in order to continue to exist, pro-Russian parties will change their rhetoric and the format of their ideology.\u00a0However, there is a high probability that they will continue to work in the interests of the Kremlin, and therefore lustration is necessary in post-war Ukraine.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quote<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It is clear that OPZZ and other similar parties in the form they were before the war will no longer exist.&nbsp;Now all &#8220;cotton&#8221; will be for peace and reconstruction of Ukraine.&nbsp;However, this will not change the fact that they will continue to be able to work for the Kremlin.&nbsp;Of course, now they will not be openly pro-Russian, so they will look for some alternative ideologies.&nbsp;But at the same time, they will continue to work for Russia and draw their influence from populist Russian television and Russian YouTube channels,&#8221; Davidyuk said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this, according to the political scientist, after the end of the war in Ukraine, it will be necessary to conduct a lustration of officials who worked for Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;This is a lustration that should have been conducted in the 90s, as was done in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia, but was not conducted in our country.&nbsp;And all those who handed over flash drives, made concessions in favor of our enemy, should now at least be censored.&nbsp;In the best case, cases should be opened if there is evidence of such cooperation.&nbsp;If there is only suspicion, they should be subject to lustration,&#8221; the political scientist believes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, there are exceptions among these categories of officials.&nbsp;For example, those who before the war were part of the &#8220;Party of Regions&#8221; or OPZZH, but did not act in the interests of the Kremlin, and with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into the territory of Ukraine, took up arms or began to manage settlements in order to protect them from the Russian invasion.&nbsp;According to Davidyuk, this category of officials should not be subject to lustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the expense of pro-Russian television and YouTube channels in Ukraine, they will also change the names and format of propaganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Source : Ukrgate<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KYIV.\u00a0UkraineGate , 22 .
