October .2022 | Political News .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said on his\u00a0Twitter\u00a0that Ukraine had appealed to the International Court of Justice against the background of attempts to annex its territories by Russia .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Minister, Ukraine informed the International Court of Justice that\u00a0the attempted annexation\u00a0of Ukrainian territories is a legal violation of the order on temporary measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Citation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;After Putin&#8217;s attempted annexation, Ukraine officially informed the International Court of Justice that this step grossly violates the legally binding order on interim measures issued on March 16. We urge the court to consider the case on the merits as soon as possible,&#8221; Kuleba wrote&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following Putin\u2019s annexation attempts, Ukraine has officially informed the International Court of Justice that this step blatantly violates its legally binding Order on Provisional measures issued on March 16th.
