The NABU is entrusted with conducting the pre-trial investigation,&#8221; the response reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SAPO did not disclose details regarding which offenses are being referred to in the cases, citing the secrecy of the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00a0<strong>UNN<\/strong>\u00a0reported, two criminal cases\u00a0have been opened\u00a0against MP Anton Yatsenko regarding illicit enrichment and entering inaccurate data into the declaration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier, journalists discovered that the family of MP Yatsenko owns luxury real estate in the capital and Kyiv region. In particular, the mp&#8217;s father-in-law recorded an estate in the village of Kozyn near Kyiv with an area of more than 1.5 thousand square meters.
