This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Citation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In October, about 18 thousand Ukrainians were evacuated from dangerous regions, temporarily occupied and de-occupied territories. The pace of evacuation on the eve of winter remains high. Every day, about a thousand citizens leave for safer regions of central and western Ukraine,&#8221; the message says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry reminded that the mandatory evacuation from the Donetsk region is currently underway. In just a month, more than 5 thousand people left Donetsk region for safer regions of Ukraine, including more than 700 children and more than 500 people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In total, about 1.1 million civilians were evacuated from the Donetsk region, including more than 131 thousand children and more than 24 thousand people with disabilities,&#8221; the Ministry of Integration notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the occupiers stopped passing evacuation vehicles from Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. In almost a month, only a small number of people managed to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;More than 1.3 thousand people were evacuated from the Kherson region, about 1.4 thousand citizens from the Zaporizhia region,&#8221; the press service adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supplement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">48 residents of the Slavic community of the Donetsk region were\u00a0evacuated\u00a0to French Nice.
