Austin said North Korea&#8217;s tests would &#8220;destabilize the region&#8221; and called on Pyongyang to &#8220;stop such activities and start a serious dialogue.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 3, North Korea\u00a0fired\u00a0a ballistic missile toward the East Sea.
