As a result of the helicopter crash, at least 18 people died. Among them are the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi, his deputy Yevgeny Yenin, State Secretary of the Ministry Yurii Lubkovich. A great loss for the government team and the entire state.
