Ukraine Gate- Kiev February 27, 2024 – Officials in Washington stressed that Ukraine must make more efforts in its fight against corruption, while it was noted that there are specific steps taken by Ukraine in the fight against corruption, according to what US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
\u201cWe have long been engaged in talks with the Ukrainian government on the need to take anti-corruption measures,\u201d a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Policy said.
He stressed that US officials see how the Ukrainian side has taken a number of anti-corruption measures and “have seen them take a range of measures to eliminate corruption over the past two years.”
