You can use any liver for cooking: pork, beef or chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\npotatoes &#8211; 250 g<\/p>\n<p>flour &#8211; 60 g<\/p>\n<p>eggs &#8211; 2 pcs.<\/p>\n<p>finely chopped onion &#8211; 1 tbsp. l.<\/p>\n<p>finely chopped parsley &#8211; 1 tbsp. l.<\/p>\n<p>ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>liver &#8211; 100 g<\/p>\n<p>oil &#8211; 250 g<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<br \/>\n1. Peel the potatoes and grate them.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs, flour and chopped liver to the potatoes. Mix everything well. If the mass is charging, you can add more flour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Put the balls of potato-liver mass on a frying pan with well-heated oil. In hot oil, they will quickly spread and take the form of cutlets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fry over medium heat on both sides until ruddy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serve with sour cream or salted or canned vegetables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kiev.
