Ukraine Gate &#8211; January 13, 2021 \u2013 Economy<\/p>\n<p>Average prices on the Kyiv primary real estate market reached UAH 31,238 \/ m2.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, they increased by 13.4% or UAH 3,680.<\/p>\n<p>In 20% of apartments in the higher price segment, the average price is UAH 52,827 \/ m2, and in 20% of apartments in the lower price segment &#8211; UAH 19,716 \/ m2. The average price of an apartment here is 4.7 million UAH, or 53 thousand UAH \/ m2.
