Ukraine Gate &#8211; January 13, 2021 \u2013 Sport<\/p>\n<p>The Commercial Court of the Odessa Region opened proceedings in the bankruptcy case of the PJSC Football Club Chernomorets (Odessa).<\/p>\n<p>The reason for opening a case was the statement of the club itself to start bankruptcy proceedings due to unprofitability, the inability to fulfill monetary obligations to creditors and the threat of insolvency.<\/p>\n<p>Having considered the application, the court ruled: to open proceedings in the bankruptcy case of FC Chernomorets, introduce a moratorium on the satisfaction of creditors&#8217; claims, introduce a procedure for disposing of the debtor&#8217;s property and appoint a property manager.<\/p>\n<p>The next court hearing in the bankruptcy case of FC Chernomorets is scheduled for March 3.<\/p>\n<p>According to the state register, ex-People&#8217;s Deputy Leonid Klimov, who controlled the bankrupt Imeksbank, is among the ultimate beneficial owners of FC Chernomorets.<\/p>\n<p>Read also :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/Simeone Is the Best Mentor of the Decade in the World!\">http:\/\/Simeone Is the Best Mentor of the Decade in the World!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>FC Chernomorets plays in the first league of the Ukrainian football championship.<\/p>\n<p>On July 17, 2020, Allrise Capital acquired the very bowl of the Chernomorets stadium, as well as commercial objects around it: a business center, a fitness center and a hotel. Klimov&#8217;s companies rented these facilities from the state, which has owned the asset through the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund since the bankruptcy of Imexbank in 2015.<br \/>\nOn August 19, 2020, Ruslan Zinurov, CEO of Allrise Capital, announced that the company is negotiating the buyout of FC Chernomorets, which is now owned by ex-People&#8217;s Deputy Leonid Klimov.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kiev.
