The Cabinet of Ministers<\/a> of Ukraine intends to obtain<\/a> through the court the ownership<\/a> of the Delfi tanker<\/a>, which crashed<\/a> on the Odessa Dolphin<\/a> beach in November 2019.<\/p>\n

This became known from the materials<\/a> of the case. The Cabinet of Ministers<\/a> filed a lawsuit with the Economic<\/a> Court of the Odessa region<\/a> back in December 2020.<\/p>\n

The defendant<\/a> in the claim is Mister<\/a> Drake PC, the owner of the tanker<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Cabinet explains<\/a> its claims by the fact that the Mister<\/a> Drake PC company did not evacuate<\/a> the tanker from the beach<\/a> on its own and within the established<\/a> time frame.
\nTanker D\u0435lfi wrecked<\/a> off the coast of Odessa<\/a> in November 2019 and lay<\/a> for 293 days in a semi-submerged<\/a> state near the Dolphin<\/a> beach.<\/p>\n
