Vice Prime<\/a> Minister – Minister<\/a> for the Reintegration<\/a> of the Temporarily Occupied<\/a> Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy<\/a> Reznikov announced<\/a> that in Ukraine, the Concept for the Development<\/a> of the Crimean Tatar Language<\/a> until 2032 will be promulgated<\/a> in the near future<\/a>.<\/p>\n “This is a strategic<\/a> issue not only for the indigenous<\/a> people, but for the entire Ukrainian<\/a> nation. Having mastered<\/a> the “Ukrainian Turkic<\/a>“, a person discovers the entire Turkic<\/a> world, which numbers about 170 million<\/a> people. This is a new quality of relations<\/a> with our partners – Turkey, Azerbaijan<\/a>, the countries of Central Asia,\u201d he explained<\/a> the need for such a Concept<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to the Deputy<\/a> Prime Minister, the Concept<\/a> should be made public \u201cwithin a week<\/a>“.<\/p>\n In May 2020, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky<\/a> promised to build a new mosque<\/a> in Kiev, the project of which will be coordinated<\/a> with representatives of the Crimean Tatars<\/a>.<\/p>\n It was also reported<\/a> that Ukraine is investigating<\/a> the illegal detention of 120 Crimean<\/a> Tatars in Crimea. The US Embassy also reacted to the detention<\/a> of the Crimean Tatars<\/a>.<\/p>\n
