Be sure to try!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">flour &#8211; 250 g<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">sugar &#8211; 100 g<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">butter &#8211; 150 g<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">eggs &#8211; 8 pcs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">zest of 2 lemons<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ground crackers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparation:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First, separate the yolks from the proteins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now melt the butter, add the lemon zest, sugar and mix well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continuing to stir (you can use a mixer), add the yolks one by one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add flour to the mixture and mix well again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beat the separated proteins to stable peaks.
