This salad will be a great addition to lunch or a delicious dinner. Be sure to try to <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=6350\">cook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>large carrots &#8211; 1 pc;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>boiled eggs &#8211; 2 pcs;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>hard cheese &#8211; 60 g;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>parsley &#8211; 3-4 sprigs;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>garlic &#8211; 3 cloves;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>salt, pepper &#8211; to taste;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>sour cream (or olive oil) &#8211; 2 tbsp. l.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Peel a squash, grate it and boil the eggs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cut carrots into strips, grate eggs on a large grater, grate cheese on the same grater.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze the garlic through a press and finely chop the greens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything in one plate and add spices to taste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Season the salad with sour cream or olive oil.
