{"id":7542,"date":"2021-02-12T15:11:15","date_gmt":"2021-02-12T15:11:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=7542"},"modified":"2021-02-12T15:11:15","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T15:11:15","slug":"warm-potato-salad-a-taste-satisfying-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=7542","title":{"rendered":"Warm Potato Salad, a Taste-Satisfying Recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cooking a warm <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=6622\">salad<\/a> with potatoes and peppers will take a long time, more than an hour, but the result will not disappoint you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g of small pink potatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 st. l. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>70 g pitted olives<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<p>2 arrows of green onions<\/p>\n<p>2 sprigs of parsley<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. spicy mustard<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 red, green, and yellow bell pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 cl. grape tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. oregano<\/p>\n<p>salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash thoroughly and, without peeling, cut into thick slices or halves of potatoes. Fry in a pan with oil until almost done. Cook in the microwave in the &#8220;grill&#8221; mode or in the oven at 220 \u00b0 C for 7-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cut into cubes and saut\u00e9 all the peppers.
