According to Ukrhydromettsentr, on March 4, partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, only light wet snow and rain in the eastern part at night. In the morning on the roads, except for the southern part, sometimes ice.<\/p>\n

The situation on the roads<\/a><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n
