The couple from Kropyvnytskyi, who has been living in Prague for several years, is opening a “Borscht”, where they will prepare Ukrainian dishes, including borscht.<\/p>\n

The couple – Tasha and Alex – decided to do it in the midst of a pandemic. They decided to raise money for the project through crowdfunding, where several dozen Ukrainians responded in just one week.<\/p>\n

The couple has lived in Prague<\/a> for over 3 years. It is said that there were not enough Ukrainian dishes, comrades cooked at home, and treats. That’s how ” Borsch parties” appeared.<\/p>\n

“Our Ukrainian borscht has been tried by so many people. And everyone, when we voiced our idea of \u200b\u200b”Borscharny”, they said: “Wow!” And so they supported us, which we thought should be done, “says Tasha.<\/p>\n

The couple found a room and began repairs<\/a> there. They invested their money, but to be more confident, they decided to open crowdfunding (pages where people present their ideas and raise funds for their implementation) and ask caring Ukrainians to help. In a week they collected almost one and a half thousand euros.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now the couple is making repairs in the room and hopes to arrange an official “Borsch party” in a few months.<\/p>\n
