Ukraine Gate &#8211; March 04, 2021 \u2013 Sport<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the eve of the resumption of the competition, the PFL received a letter from the United Professional Football Club of Cherkasy and the territorial communities of Cherkasy region &#8220;Cherkasy&#8221;. The general director of the club Yuriy Kolesnik stated that &#8220;Cherkasy&#8221; will not be able to finish the current championship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During December 2020 &#8211; January-February 2021 OPFC Cherkasy region carried out various organizational and legal measures to continue the participation of the Cherkasy region in the second round of the Ukrainian Football Championship of the 2020\/2021 season among <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=6760\">professional<\/a> teams of the second League. We even addressed the head of the regional state administration and the head of the regional council. But the problem was not solved.
