The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov<\/a> stated that in Ukraine, 1.425 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, the daily increase for March 10 is 9,000, again a jump in the number of cases compared to the day before. At the same time, there is also a sharp increase in hospitalizations – 4.2 thousand per day.<\/p>\n

“9,084 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of March 11, 2021,” Stepanov said.<\/p>\n

In particular, 442 children and 348 health workers fell ill.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is noted that 4,250 people were hospitalized during the day; 3,736 people were discharged from hospitals; 262 deaths were recorded; 5,330 people recovered.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition, 106,464 tests were performed per day (including PCR – 47,365, ELISA – 18,615); studies by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 40 484.<\/p>\n

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

fell ill – 1,425,522 people;<\/p>\n

recovered – 1,210,246 people;<\/p>\n

fatalities – 27,685;<\/p>\n

PCR tests were performed – 7,235,711.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Over the past 24hrs, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered<\/a> in Kyiv (853), Vinnytsia (659), Lviv (600), Odesa (588), and Chernivtsi (587) oblasts.<\/p>\n

Kirovohrad region – 68 cases;<\/p>\n

Luhansk region – 67 cases;<\/p>\n

Lviv region – 600 cases;<\/p>\n

Mykolaiv region – 143 cases;<\/p>\n

Odessa region – 588 cases;<\/p>\n

Poltava region – 358 cases;<\/p>\n

Rivne region – 267 cases;<\/p>\n

Sumy region – 185 cases;<\/p>\n
