The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov<\/a> announced that in Ukraine, 1.438 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, the daily increase over March 11 – almost 13 thousand, the last time this figure was recorded in the second decade of December. At the same time, a large number of hospitalized per day – 3.8 thousand.<\/p>\n

“12,946 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been recorded in Ukraine as of March 12, 2021,” Stepanov said.<\/p>\n

\n

This is the maximum figure in 2021. More new COVID<\/a> cases per day were recorded on December 11, when 13,514 people became infected. After that, the incidence declined.<\/p>\n

\n

During the day, 3,843 patients with suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 were hospitalized.<\/p>\n

\n

The incidence of coronavirus is growing in Ukraine, 9084 new cases of infection were detected the day before.<\/p>\n

\n

Most patients were registered in Zhytomyr (1310), Vinnytsia (940), Odesa (757), Lviv (704), and Kyiv (697) oblasts, as well as in the capital (896).<\/p>\n

\n

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,438,468 cases of coronavirus have been detected in Ukraine. Of these, 1,214,876 patients recovered and 27,915 died from complications. 223,592 patients remain active patients.<\/p>\n

Transcarpathian – 568 cases;<\/p>\n

Zaporozhye region – 272 cases;<\/p>\n

Ivano-Frankivsk region – 695 cases;<\/p>\n

Kyiv region – 697 cases;<\/p>\n

Kirovohrad region – 78 cases;<\/p>\n

Luhansk region – 111 cases;<\/p>\n

Lviv region – 704 cases;<\/p>\n

Mykolaiv region – 358 cases;<\/p>\n

Odessa region – 757 cases;<\/p>\n

Poltava region – 304 cases;<\/p>\n

Rivne region – 269 cases;<\/p>\n

Sumy region – 431 cases;<\/p>\n

Ternopil region – 566 cases;<\/p>\n

Kharkiv region – 688 cases;<\/p>\n

Kherson region – 87 cases;<\/p>\n

Khmelnytsky region – 491 cases;<\/p>\n

Cherkasy region – 338 cases;<\/p>\n

Chernivtsi region – 658 cases;<\/p>\n

Chernihiv region – 292 cases.<\/p>\n

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol are missing.<\/p>\n
