Chef Pavlo Dyachek shared a simple recipe for thin, openwork, and very tasty pancakes.<\/p>\n \n Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n 4 eggs<\/p>\n 70 g of sugar<\/p>\n 0.5 liters of milk<\/p>\n 200 g of flour<\/p>\n 30 g of starch<\/p>\n 8 g of salt<\/p>\n \n Preparation<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n \n Pour sugar into a bowl and break eggs there. Important – beat with a whisk until foamy.<\/p>\n \n Then add milk, flour, starch, and salt. Mix everything well.<\/p>\n \n Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a non-stick coating. And a little life hack: every time you need to grease the pan with a ball of paper napkin soaked in sunflower oil.
