On Thursday, March 18, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will continue consideration of draft laws \u2116 2194 and \u2116 2195, which are related to land reform.<\/p>\n

Ukraine Gate – March 18, 2021 \u2013 Local News<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Thus, the draft law \u2116 2194 aims to reform the management system in the field of land relations and remove artificial restrictions on economic activity to facilitate access to land resources of the population and business, cancel unnecessary permits, and duplicate procedures for verification of land management documentation.<\/p>\n \n The draft law \u2116 2195, among other things, proposes to provide for a new procedure for the sale and transfer of land plots of state and communal ownership. In particular, it is a question of the introduction of the sale of the land plots of the state and municipal property or the rights to them necessarily through electronic auctions in the electronic trading system.<\/p>\n \n On Wednesday, deputies spent two and a half hours considering amendments to the draft law \u2116 2194, reaching the 346th amendment. In total, more than 3,000 amendments have been submitted to the draft law.<\/p>\n \n If the Council still manages to reach other issues, a number of bills are on the agenda – the same as the day before.<\/p>\n \n The Servant of the People faction does not rule out that an additional sitting of the parliament may be scheduled to speed up the consideration of land laws.<\/p>\n \n
