Omelet is a great solution for breakfast.
If the omelet is prepared with vegetable stuffing, it becomes much more useful, and adding cheese to the dish makes it much tastier and more filling.

Ingredients:
4 eggs;
1 pod of bell pepper;
2 tomatoes of cream;
120 ml of milk;
75 g of hard cheese;
green;
oil;
ground black pepper;
salt.
Preparation
Peeled from the stalks and seeds of bell peppers cut into strips, and tomatoes – slices.
Beat eggs lightly with a fork or whisk, pour milk, salt, pepper and mix well until smooth.
Fry the oil in a frying pan, lay out the bell peppers and fry it, stirring, for about 3-4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and continue to fry the same amount.
Pour the prepared vegetables with the omelette mixture, cover and fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes, then shake the omelet with grated cheese and chopped greens and continue to cook under the lid until the cheese melts.
On a side note
Choose greens to your liking. Dill, parsley, basil and cilantro are good.
For flavoring, you can add any dry seasoning to the omelet.
