The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, called on partners to limit Russia’s access to sea transportation, noting that today it exports only death and lies to the world.

“Russia’s export-oriented economy is heavily dependent on maritime transportation by foreign navies. I urge partners: limit Russia’s access to their services and exhaust Putin’s war machine. After all, what Russia is really exporting to the world today is death, crisis and lies,” wrote Kuleba.
