These donuts are very easy to prepare, and it is best to serve them with hot borscht to the dinner table.

Ingredients:
buckwheat flour – 350 g
yeast – 10 g
eggs – 2 pcs.
salt – 1 tsp.
water – 0.75 cups
sugar
For the sauce:
oil – 4 tbsp. l.
garlic – 4 cloves
salt
parsley greens
Preparation:
Grind live yeast with salt and sugar, pour warm water, add eggs, add sifted buckwheat flour. Mix everything well and knead the dough with your hands until it acquires a uniform consistency.
Roll the dough into a ball, grease a tall bowl with oil and place the dough in it. Cover the bowl with a damp towel or cling film and place in a dark place to stand for 1 hour.
When the volume of the dough increases 1.5 times, knead it again and form balls out of the dough.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and cover with a towel. Let stand for 10 minutes. When the time is up, grease with beaten egg and send in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
The sauce is also very simple to prepare: squeeze the garlic and mix it with oil, herbs, and salt.
