When guests arrive suddenly, and there are not even crumbs from yesterday’s cake left in the refrigerator, you have to improvise so that something tasty for tea appears on the table. This recipe will help to find a way out of the situation.

And most importantly: the cooking time will take you only 20 minutes, and all the necessary ingredients are in the kitchen of any housewife. This dessert is sure to be appreciated by guests and your relatives.
Ingredients:
flour – 160 g;
cocoa – 2 tbsp. l;
kefir – 250 ml.
sugar – 200 g;
eggs – 2 pieces;
soda – 1 tsp;
For the cream:
sour cream or cream – 400 ml;
powdered sugar – 100 g;
vanillin to taste.
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Then add kefir, baking soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice.
Add sifted cocoa flour to the base and knead the dough with a whisk.
Pour a third of the dough into a form covered with parchment. Thus prepare 3 cakes at 180 C for 10 – 15 minutes.
For the cream, beat the chilled cream or sour cream, then add the powdered sugar in portions and beat until fluffy.
Grease the cakes with cream and collect the cake. The top and sides of the cake are also greased with cream.
Decorate the cake with chocolate icing.
Let the cake stand in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours.
