The actress shared the details of the diet in an interview with Women’s Health. During the conversation, journalists asked the actress, who is to play the role of a Barbie doll, how she was able to achieve such a figure, which many consider a reference in modern Hollywood. According to the artist, she has a special diet, which she has been following for several years.
“My breakfast usually consists of oatmeal and a cocktail that boosts immunity. For lunch, I eat chicken salad, and for dinner – tuna steak with sweet potatoes. During the day I drink tea, which is simply obsessed since I lived in Great Britain, “Robbie said.
She also noted that she has virtually eliminated sweets and carbohydrates from her diet, but such restrictions are difficult to give the star because food occupies a large place in her life.
“Food is very important to me. I love burgers and french fries, which I order with a pint of beer. In the US, my favorite dish is a double truffle burger,” said the star of “Suicide Squad”.
At the same time, Robbie is not limited to diet. She is actively involved in sports. For example, she is a fan of Pilates, as well as dancing or active games like tennis.
