This cake turns out quite beautiful. The grated shortcrust pastry looks like curls on top. This cake is prepared quite simply. The basis is a tender and shortcrust pastry. And the filling is cherry, slightly sour. Thanks to her, the cake is not nauseatingly sweet and is perfect for family tea.

Necessary products:
350 grams of wheat flour
120 milliliters of water
100 milliliters of vegetable oil
100 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
10 grams of vanilla sugar
For the filling:
500 grams of pitted cherries
50 grams of starch
70 grams of sugar
We begin cooking:
Pour water into a bowl, add sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything with a spoon, then add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix everything again and knead a soft dough. Cut 13 pieces of dough, put them in a bag, and put them in the freezer.
We put the remaining part of the test in the form, we distribute and we form a bottom and sides.
Put the cherries in a cup, add sugar and starch. The resulting filling is spread on the dough and distribute. The resulting piece of dough is rubbed on a grater on top of the filling. If he did not have time to harden, then just tear off the pieces from him and layout on top.
Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The finished cake is cooled and served.
