Buns are golden, chocolate, orange, and sometimes light salad. Not necessarily dill, but very herbaceous. What to be their aroma – cilantro, parsley, or tarragon – you decide!

Ingredients for 9 servings:
2 skl. flour
1 st. l. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
100 g of chilled and diced butter
3/4 st. milk
1/2 st. fresh dill
3-4 arrows of green onions
1/2 st. grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add butter and rub with your fingertips or two knives until between the paste and crumb. Add milk, chopped green onions, dill, cheese, and mix.
The dough may look a little dry, but this is temporary. Roll out or stretch it into a layer of about 20×20 cm and cut into 9 squares. Layout the blanks on parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
The most delicious buns are eaten warm and with milk.
