Ingredients:
white cabbage – 500 g
chickpeas – 150 g
carrots – 1 pc.
onion – 1 pc.
carrots – 1 pc.
olive oil – 4 tbsp.
salt, pepper – to taste
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
favorite spices
greens – for serving
Preparation:
- Before you start cooking the salad itself, you need to prepare the chickpeas. To do this, rinse it and soak it overnight. In the morning, drain the water in which the chickpeas were, pour clean and cook until done. Chickpea cooking time – about 1 hour.
- Finely chop the white cabbage and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut cabbage, onion into half rings, and bell peppers. Send to the cabbage on a baking sheet.
- Now add the boiled and peeled chickpeas.
- Add salt, pepper, add your favorite spices, sprinkle with olive oil, and mix.
- Place in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 30 minutes. When the time has passed, remove the pan, mix well and bake for another 30 minutes.
