This was reported in the Ministry of Education and Science, commenting on plans for further development of electronic services.

According to Education Minister Serhiy Shkarlet, the launch of e-journals and diaries is a significant step towards building a powerful system of national e-services that will minimize corruption risks in assessments.
“In 2021, we plan to further develop and expand the functionality of e-journals and diaries, including the adaptation of the portal to mobile phone screens and accounting for student attendance,” said Sergei Shkarlet.
Currently, most schools using e-journals and e-diaries are located in Sumy, Kyiv, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
Also, not only schools are registered in the system, but also institutions of professional, professional higher, and higher education.
As you know, the algorithm for connecting schools to the E-journal is as follows.
First, the educational institution must send to the e-mail address [email protected] a request for connection with the obligatory indication of the region, city / OTG, the name of the educational institution with its ID in the DISO system, USREOU of the educational institution, surname responsible person (administrator), e-mail address and telephone number of the administrator.
Next, the “Institute of Educational Analytics” considers the application, creates an administrator in the E-Journal for this ZSSO with the appropriate access rights.
After that, the E-Journal system automatically generates access rights and sends invitations to the specified e-mail address of the administrator of the educational institution.
After obtaining access rights, the responsible person must log in to the system and start working.
