The head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration Oleksandr Skichko lit up at a closed party in the capital, dedicated to the birthday of the wife of Mykola Tyshchenko, the deputy head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada.

The party took place on April 18 at the Fairmont Hotel, managed by the wife of the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration Elizaveta Yurusheva. According to media reports, the celebration was attended by about 30 guests, and it ended with a festive fireworks display from Trukhanov Island.
According to the story, Oleksandr Skichko and his wife were one of the first to leave the celebration (video 3.35 min.)
It should be noted that strict quarantine restrictions have been in force in Kyiv since April 5.
